CT Investigations (CT) shall maintain a high standard of business practice and shall exercise honesty, integrity and credibility at all times in their dealings with the public and clients.
CT shall be bound by all State, Territory and Commonwealth laws relating to their operations and shall comply with all legislation relating to Consumer and Fair Trade Practices.
CT shall undertake to protect the interests of our clients and shall give prompt, diligent and discreet attention to all matters received.
CT shall initiate client's instructions in accordance with its Code of Conduct, providing that such instructions are reasonable and legitimate.
CT shall have the right to be selective, where possible, in accepting instructions from a client, who may engage (or encourage engagement) in questionable activities.
CT shall honour all agreements made with individual clients, and shall exercise prudent business practice in the exercising of these agreements.
CT shall not accept gratuities from clients which may be perceived as impairing the provision of an efficient and effective service. |
